Questions, answered
What do I need to rent?+
Be 25 or older, hold a valid driver's license, and carry full-coverage insurance that transfers to rentals. We'll verify these before delivery.
Do you take cards?+
Not yet. Deposits are paid by Zelle, Cash App or Venmo, and the balance is paid in cash or Zelle when the car is delivered.
How much is the deposit?+
It depends on the car and the length of your rental; we tell you the exact amount with your quote. There is also a refundable security deposit, returned after the car comes back clean and undamaged.
Is delivery included?+
Delivery and pickup within your city are included. Further out is possible for a small fee, just mention it in your request.
Is there a mileage limit?+
Yes, most cars include 100 miles per day. Extra miles are billed per mile at a rate we confirm with your quote.
What if I need to cancel?+
Cancel 72 hours or more before pickup and your deposit is refunded in full. Inside 72 hours the deposit is kept, because the car has been held for you.
